ALTERNATIVE FEE ARRANGEMENTS
As a trusted advisor and partner in our client’s legal and business goals, we know that the billable hour
method does not work for all clients. Therefore, the Firm enthusiastically works with clients to create many
types of alternative fee arrangements. These arrangements include:
• Fixed Fee for Non-Litigation Advice and Counseling
• Monthly, six month and annual fixed fees for preventive advice and dispute avoidance; employment and
human resource advice relating to hiring, firing, and benefits; contract preparation and negotiation;
non-litigation collection of debts; creation and update of custom made construction and employment
form templates for the client’s use.
• Litigation Fixed Fees/Blended Rates/Result Bonus/Volume Discount
These arrangements for specific lawsuits allows clients to:
• budget their legal fees by predictability of costs;
• collaborate with the attorney to create a litigation plan and to define what it means to “win” the case;
• chart the strategy as a team with the lawyer, always keeping in mind your business and litigation goals.
